A Good Place to Start

I promised myself that 2016 would be the year I finally started a blog. However, 12:01 on the 1st January didn't really seem a convenient time to start documenting my life, amid fireworks, champagne and congratulatory hugs. I tried to make true a million other New Year's resolutions before I even thought about blogging seriously. Winter gave way to spring, my birthday came and went, a summer flew by without stopping, and come September the idea was nothing more than a romantic notion. I was starting university. The year was almost over. 2017 began, and I made myself the exact same promise.The same thing happened again.

​But here we are, another year later, better late than never.
